1. Service Scope

• ReplayState provides analytical and simulation tooling for blockchain execution-quality assessment.
• Feature availability may vary by environment (demo, pilot, production) and commercial plan.
• Institutional pilots may include custom integrations defined in signed statements of work.

2. Acceptable Use

• No abuse, service disruption, credential sharing, or unauthorized access attempts.
• No use in violation of applicable law, sanctions, or contractual restrictions.
• No reverse engineering beyond rights explicitly granted by contract or law.

3. API Credentials and Security

Users are responsible for safeguarding API keys and access tokens. You must promptly report suspected compromise and rotate credentials where supported.

4. Model and Output Disclaimer

ReplayState outputs are analytical and probabilistic. They are provided as decision-support signals, not guarantees of market behavior, trading outcomes, legal outcomes, or economic performance.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReplayState disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from service use. Specific liability terms may be defined in a signed enterprise agreement.

6. Governing Terms Hierarchy

For institutional customers, signed master services agreements, order forms, and statements of work supersede these website terms to the extent of any conflict.
